Delete your EveryDay BR account
You can delete your account and the data linked to it at any time, inside the app or by email. EveryDay BR is published by [[LEGAL NAME]].
In the app
- Open EveryDay BR and tap Perfil at the bottom.
- Tap Privacy.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.
By email
If you no longer have the app, email support@everydaybr.com with the subject Delete my account. Send it from the email address of your Apple or Google sign-in, so we can find your account. We confirm by email and delete it within 30 days.
Request deletion by emailYour subscription is not cancelled when you delete your account. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first (see Support), or it will keep renewing.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, email and user ID.
- Your learning progress: trail, XP, streak, coins, achievements and the words you practise.
- Your settings: daily goal, reminder and English help.
- The link between your account and analytics or advertising identifiers.
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase records (date, product and amount) are kept by Apple or Google and by our payment provider, RevenueCat, for as long as tax and accounting laws require: up to 5 years.
- Aggregated statistics that no longer identify you may be kept.
Progress that never left your phone
To erase only what is stored on your phone, open Perfil → Privacy → Erase my progress, or uninstall the app.
