Terms of Use

The rules of the trail

Last updated: [[DATE]]

By using EveryDay BR you agree to these terms. They are between you and [[LEGAL NAME]], who publishes the app (“we”).

1. The app

EveryDay BR teaches Brazilian Portuguese through short activities. We keep improving it, so lessons and features may change. Learning results depend on your practice; we don’t promise a level of fluency.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 [[M-25]] to use the app. You may sign in with Apple or Google, or start without an account and link one later [[D-03]]. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Premium subscription

4. One-time purchases and coins

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds follow their policies and are requested from them (see Support).

6. Fair use

Don’t misuse the app: no reverse engineering, cheating the progress or purchase systems, or using it to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Our content

Lessons, drawings, Zé and the rest of the app belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. On iPhone, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

8. Liability

The app is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

9. Ending

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time (see how). We may end these terms if you break them.

10. Changes and law

We will tell you in the app before important changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of [[COUNTRY]], without taking away the protections of the law where you live.
